What’s the same?

• Vision and Dental premiums remain unchanged.
• No premium changes to Critical Illness and Accident Insurance.
• A $600 Health Savings Account start-up contribution with Advantage Plan enrollment for 2024.
• You still enroll through Alight at RAIBenefits.com.

What’s changing?

• Medical premiums and deductibles will be increasing slightly for both the Advantage and Standard Plans. We continue to work closely with our providers to keep costs as affordable as possible.
• Critical Illness Insurance is adding a $50 Health Screening Benefit for all covered members. If you have coverage in both the Accident and Critical Illness plans in 2024, you can collect the $50 Health Screening Benefit for both plans, using the same claim.
• The Superior Vision plan will include a hearing benefit through the Your Hearing Network, which will include up to 40% off hearing aids.
• The Health Savings Account maximum contributions will increase to $4,150 for individuals and $8,300 for family.
• Health Flexible Spending Account maximum contribution is increasing to $3,050.

• Review the benefits information and compare your options. Consider how the needs of you and your family have changed or might change in the coming year – then explore your options using the interactive online tools to help you choose the benefits that are right for you. • Make your choices by October 27. Also, remember to enroll in plans that do not roll over, such as Flexible Spending Accounts for Health Care or Dependent Day Care at RAIbenefits.com.
• Confirm your choices, then update your beneficiary and dependent details if necessary before submitting your information.
